After attending a tropical themed party recently, I have become obsessed with anything that has mango or passion fruit in it! The flavours are so sweet and tangy, and they go perfectly in a smoothie!
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 banana
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 mango
- 1 pot of Coyo coconut yoghurt (125g)
- 150ml of water or almond milk
Peel the mango and banana and place the fruit in your blender. Cut the passion fruits in half and use a spoon to scoop out the fruit filling into your blender. Add the coconut yoghurt and the water/almond milk and blend for about 1 minute. Serve up and enjoy.
