Mint Chocolate Shake

Christmas is now over and the new year has begun, and so many of you may be feeling a bit tired, bloated, hungover and overall just a bit rubbish! This simple recipe is full of magnesium rich ingredients to help fight off those post celebration headaches.


Ingredients Serves 2)

  • 1 avocado
  • 250ml of almond milk
  • 250ml of water
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of mint extract
  • 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons of maple syrup/honey


Very straight forward, cut and peel the avocado and then add all of your ingredients to your blender and mix for about 1 minute. Serve up the super creamy shake in 2 glasses and enjoy.
