Fresh Spring Smoothie

Winter is over and spring is in full swing! So many tasty fruits and veggies are in season, so why not make a smoothie?

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 3 ripe pears
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Handful of spinach

Simply peel the pineapple and chop all of the ingredients and mix in a blender for 2 minutes. Add more lemon if you’d like a more tangy smoothie! Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, but is best enjoyed straight away. Enjoy!
